Hi – I started working at a boutique consulting firm focused on financial services about 7 months ago. I've lost a lot of excitement in my job and that's partially due to the very repetitive nature of the firm's operations.
I passively applied for a new jobs and reached or to a hiring manager at a cool startup for a chat as well. Surprisingly, he got back to me. When I'm asked about why I want to leave after such a short stint, is it fair to bring up my concerns about not having enough diversity in projects? Is there anything I should avoid talking about? any general tips about recruiting this early after starting my first job?
