Recently started testing out the market after having been with my first firm for just over 1.5 years. I have had some strong roles in my time with this firm. Heard back from a BIG4 consulting practice (same line of work but higher reputation than my current firm) and they’re bringing me in for an interview for a Senior role. They’re working me through Experienced Hire recruiting. Has anyone ever seen 1.5-2 years experience considered “Experienced Hire”? Wondering if this is an exception since I would have assumed to be brought in through the same group that brings in undergraduate/MBA hires.
