Got offered a role of assistant manager with kpmg. Currently an associate level at a boutique firm, and was wondering whether this incentive would be worth the increased hours and big firm politics/experience.
. I am currently debating on whether taking the role primarily because of the big 4 name cv along with the managerial title
Salary increment is 7% of my current package and will involved relocation to another a country. the role is primarily project management, which albeit is something I am not keen on, seems like a good way to enter a new industry and understand the ins and outs. However all my consultant friends have preached against project management heavy roles- would be great to get a few opinions on this
